Huskies hold off Cats

The Rouyn Noranda Huskies, behind the goaltending of Robin Gusse, edged the Moncton Wildcats 3-2  Sunday at the Colsium.

Gusse stopped 40 of 42 Wildcat shots . Dmitri Jaskin was the only Cat to solve the Huskie netminder.

Jaskin scored twice, both on the powerplay, his 7th and 8th of the season. RN held period leads of 1-0 and 2-0 as they collect their 8th win in 11 games.

Cats slip to 4-6 and will host Acadie-Bathurst on Wednesday.
