The QMJHL launches fourth Gatorade Excellence Challenge

The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League launches the Gatorade Excellence Challenge. This year’s event takes place at the Centre d’Excellence Sports Rousseau in Boisbriand from April 28th to May 1st.

120 of the top prospects for the next entry draft will participate in the event competing in 6 teams. Each Maritime province will be represented (New Brunswick, Newfoundland / Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island) while Quebec will participate with two different teams.

Every team will play five games during the event.

“We are very excited to count on the support of Gatorade as title sponsor for this event for a third year in a row. It’s an exciting tournament during which several of our top prospects for the upcoming entry draft will be featured. Our futur stars will be able to count on the number one product on the market to stay hydrated throughout this event,” said QMJHL Commissioner Gilles Courteau.
