Some individual trophies were given out tonight

During some pre-game ceremonies, some individual awards were presented tonight.

The Guy-Carbonneau Trophy was awarded to the best defensive forward, Frederik Gauthier of the Rimouski Oceanic.

It was presented to him by Sylvain Laforest of Qualinet.

The Kevin-Lowe Trophy was awarded to the best defensive defenseman, Jan Kostalek, of the Rimouski Oceanic.

It was presented to him by Raymond Francoeur of Location Jesna.

The Michel Bergeron trophy was awarded to the offensive rookie of the year, Dmytro Timashov, of the Quebec Remparts.

It was presented to him by the Director of Operations, Louis Painchaud.

The Raymond-Lagacé Trophy was awarded to the defensive rookie of the year, Samuel Girard of the Shawinigan Cataractes.

It was presented to him by the Cataractes’ General Manager, Martin Mondou, and the Cataractes’ head of scouting, Alain Bissonnette.
