* Jean-Rougeau Trophy (Regular season champions) & Robert-Lebel Trophy (lowest goals-against average): Remparts de Québec
* Luc-Robitaille Trophy (best goals for average): Saint John Sea Dogs
* Jacques-Plante Trophy (best goals-against average): Charles-Antoine Lavallée (Cataractes de Shawinigan)
* Jean-Béliveau Trophy (top regular season scorer): Joshua Roy (Phœnix Sherbrooke)
