Newcomers in 2022-23 QMJHL officiating crew unveiled

A total of seven new officials will be wearing the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League’s striped jerseys for the first time of their career during the 2022-23 season.

Also, after serving as linesmen for the past three QMJHL seasons, current officials Vincent Bigras and Harrison O’Pray will be making their debuts as referees.

It is an important milestone for the new officials as well as for the ones promoted within the QMJHL. With that being said, family members, personnel from minor hockey branches, different regions and local associations can all take pride in their contributions to these officials’ development.

The League and its Officiating Committee would like to congratulate the officials who’ve reached this step in their careers and wish them the best for the coming seasons.
