Class Action Request

The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League has become aware of the filing of the application for authorization of a class action lawsuit at the Quebec Court House.  The QMJHL takes allegations of maltreatment very seriously and condemns the conduct of any perpetrators or teams that have acted inappropriately and outside the expectations and standards of the QMJHL.

The QMJHL is also aware of Mr. Latulippe’s allegations for which an independent investigation is still ongoing.

The QMJHL remains actively committed to the well-being and safety of its players. An action plan will be tabled in the coming weeks to reinforce the league’s existing initiatives.
