This past Friday, on the 3rd of August, was held the seventh edition of the QMJHL’s Ambassadors Club Golf Tournament and once again it was on Le Club de Golf de Drummondville course that the participants got swinging.
Among a sea of faces from the large QMJHL family, it’s Patrice Bergeron’s that had the most heads turning. Taking part in the annual tournament for the first time, the Boston Bruins forward and Acadie-Bathurst Titan alumnus acted as honorary captain for the event.
For a second consecutive year, the QMJHL Ambassadors Club president, Guy Darveau, handed off the winning trophy to the foursome of former Shawinigan Cataractes made up of; Marc-André Bergeron, Phlippe Deblois, Anthony Quessy and Tommy Tremblay.
