After welcoming back Jonathan Huberdeau from the Florida Panthers’ camp, the Sea Dogs added an important piece to their roster, sending a first round pick in 2013 and a fifth round pick in 2012 to the Armada for defenseman Charles-Olivier Roussel (91-09-13), a four-year veteran. Saint John seems poised to make another run at the President Cup and MasterCard Memorial Cup championships.
In 59 games with the Juniors last season, Roussel collected 5 goals and 25 assists. Before his stint with the Juniors, Roussel played three seasons with the Shawinigan Cataractes.
