In a tight Pre Season contest the Acadie Bathurst Titan edged the PEI Rocket 5-3 Friday night in Bathurst.
Max Lagace turned away 27 shots and was solid in his first pre-season action since returning from the Russia-Canada challenge.
The Rocket's offense was lead by goal scorers Matt Bursey and Jimmy Oligny who also each tallied assists. Josh Currie was the other Rocket to touch the twine in Friday night's chippy contest. The Titan slightly edged the Rocket in shots, 32-31.
The Rocket return home Saturday night, September 8th to take on the Titan at 7 O'clock at the Civic Center.
