Remembering the Humboldt Broncos


Last week, a tragedy struck the sports world and claimed the lives of several victims following a bus crash that involved Saskatchewan’s Humboldt Broncos Junior A hockey team. 

In many acts of solidarity, either by holding a moment of silence before games, by printing the Broncos’ logo on the ice or on their players helmets, and by many other means, the QMJHL teams wanted to show their support for those affected by this tragedy.

As we go through such a difficult time, we are all united in order to support those who are part of the hockey community. The players, coaches and team personnel we lost will not be forgotten, and our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends who have been deeply impacted by this tragic event.
