The Halifax Mooseheads lost a tough one to a good PEI Rocket squad today on the Island.
Stefan Fournier and Dominic Beauchemin scored in a 5-2 loss to the Rocket. The Mooseheads never led in the game as the Rocket broke out to a 2-0 lead after 20 minutes and never relinquished that lead. Zach Fucale and Chris Clarke made 27 saves in the loss. The Mooseheads next game is Wednesday night in Bathurst vs the Titan. Follow the game live on News 95.7 or on twitter @HFXMooseheads
The Mooseheads next home game is a big one on Friday, January 11th when the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada make their only visit to the Metro Centre this season. It is expected that this game will mark the return of Jonathan Drouin, Nathan MacKinnon and Marty Frk, as well as the homecoming for Stephen MacAulay.
