We will keep track of the QMJHL activities in order to keep you up to date with the records that are happening of about to be broken over the season. We will undoubtedly be posting about historical moments, setting up the table for the QMJHL’s 50th anniversary in 2018-19.

The QMJHL is filled with talented youngsters and we will try and breakdown their stats in your company.

All your questions and comments are always welcome over the course of the season, we wouldn’t want to miss anything.

2017-18 QMJHL GUIDE launch

Our MEDIA GUIDE was made available yesterday ahead of the 2017-18 regular season’s very first game.

It has 366 pages of content this year, split into seven sections.

Well decorated with dozens of images from then and now, you will find all the information you need in regards to the QMJHL and its teams.

Calendar’s, last year’s stats, records, team records per season, the team’s logos over the years, a presentation of all players and their stats, entry draft results…everything is in the guide.

Downloadable for free in a PDF format via the QMJHL’s website (here), it offers a never-before-seen interactivity with the QMJHL websites, many hyperlinks to external web pages, email addresses, record pages, etc.

All in all, it’s a full team that collaborated on this project over the summer period.

I would personally like to thank all of our collaborators, from the ones within the QMJHL and its 18 teams, to outside contractors such as Benoit Chagnon who handled the inforgraphics, without forgetting the revision team that has been involved in the last few weeks. Enjoy the read!

We review and post our statistics daily on

Whether they be for individuals or teams, we also update all of the QMJHL records over night following games.

While not known to the general public, Stéphane Lajeunesse, Claude Beauchesne and Jean-Benoit Dion will once again be crucial components of the QMJHL stats department in 2017-18.

We can’t ignore the great work from our minor officials as well since they are the ones collecting statistical data during live games.
