Charlottetown Islanders playoff action to be aired on Ocean 100

Charlottetown, Islanders

When the puck drops on the Charlottetown Islanders third round series, the games will be able to be heard on your radio dial, thanks to Ocean 100.

George Matthews and Cory Arsenault will be bringing you the complete coverage from puck drop to the final buzzer on 100.3 FM, no matter where the games are.

Ocean 100 will be your hot spot for everything Charlottetown Islanders for the entirety of the third round, and beyond.

Al Smith, operations manager for Ocean 100 and Hot 1055, is happy to be able to bring the action of the Islanders to the ears of Islanders.

“Ocean 100 has a long history of being the radio station that Islanders tune into for music, entertainment, and information while also being a strong community partner. We are extremely excited to team up with the Charlottetown Islanders to provide complete play-by-play action of all home and away games for the remainder of their playoff run. With such a great team, we’d love to see you at Eastlink Centre to cheer them on but if you can’t make it out, be sure to tune in to Ocean 100.”

Turn your radio dial to 100.3 for a pregame show, which includes a coach’s interview with Jim Hulton, starting 10 minutes before puck drop.

After that, George and Cory take over for the in-period action.

Intermissions will include interviews, scoring summaries and much more.

After the final games of the second round are played Tuesday across Quebec, the complete third round scenario will then be set and a schedule will be made.

No matter where the third round takes us, Ocean 100 has you covered.
